​ The Mandate: We Don’t Have a Plan B. A "Zero-Option Athlete" is not defined by their bench press or their body fat percentage. We are defined by a singular, immutable truth: When there is no backup plan for your body, the only option is maintenance. We have reached the age where our bodies have stopped making "good-behavior" investments in us; now, they are only running on the interest we accrued in our youth. If we stop, we rust.
